Perishable goods

Swastik Pack N Move will not be liable for loss or damage to such items if packed without prior disclosure.
7. Damage, Loss, and Liability
We take utmost care while handling your belongings.
Claims for visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Our liability is limited to reasonable repair or replacement costs, subject to verification.
No claim shall be accepted for normal wear and tear, electronic malfunctions, or pre-existing damage.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic conditions
Weather issues
Natural disasters
Government restrictions or strikes

Such delays do not entitle customers to compensation or cancellation refunds.
